- Items in original, unworn and unaltered condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the day you receive the package. After this 10 day period, items may be returned for exchange only within 30 days from day of receiving package. Scratched, scuffed or in any way damaged items are not eligible.
- In the case of a gift that is received after 10 days from package arrival, it may be returned for an exchange only.
- Any item that has been unset, reset, or in any other way altered by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange. Rings that have been sized by us are eligible for exchange only.

- Place Jewelry with original packing in the inner box and seal within a medium Priority Mail box as it came to you. Registered Insured for the purchase price is the safest and most economical. Registered mail allows no plastic tape on the outer box.
